If you didn't get the welcome-email, it could be of following reasons:
Your email-address was wrong or mistyped.
The welcome-email was filtered and classified as SPAM and is in your SPAM-folder. Look in your SPAM-folder and classify the email as "no SPAM".
Your mailbox is full. Delete some messages and get your password again with "Forgot login details?".
